A Valentine’s Day Miracle

Posted: January 31, 2010 in Life in General

My dear friend Mike Roberts recently lost his niece Hailey to a disease called Batten’s disease.  Sweet little Hailey was just 7 years old.  As difficult as it has been in dealing with the loss of their daughter, the family is now faced with yet another challenge as 5 year old son Carter has been diagnosed with the same disease.

But there is hope.  A new study at Cornell looks to help those suffering with Batten’s disease.  In order for Carter to be a part of this study the family must raise nearly 1 million dollars.  A staggering sum indeed, but we believe with God that all things are possible.  Will you be a part of this miracle?  Will you be a miracle worker?

We need your help.  We are looking for those who would come to http://haileyandcartersdream.com and would donate just $10 to the cause.  And then we ask that you would take one more step for us.  After you have given $10 on or before Valentine’s Day would you please invite 4 friends who you would know would do the same?

If I invite 4 friends and you tell 4 friends and they tell 4 friends…well the law of exponential return tells us that the million dollars needed is not too far away.  Please help.

God Bless You.
