We see it all the time, that person who wears their emotions on their sleeve.  Except, often that person pretends like nothing is wrong.  They seem to think that no one notices that they are hurt and angry.  Yet, the reality is that our anger can burn right through even the coolest facade.  Translated:  we’re not fooling anybody. 

So rather than trying to cover up, it’s better for us to deal with the source of whatever it is that makes us angry.  If we can get the root of it, perhaps we can deal with it or at least cope with it.  Proverbs 16:32 says that someone who is slow to anger is greater than someone who can take on an entire city.  Think about it, controlling your anger makes you like a super hero.  What do you say?  Let’s go put on our capes and take on this city!
