Just taking a look back at our Sunday at NewLife. Pastor Tim continued our series entitled “The Extreme Church” and it was extreme. Here are a few quotes and take-aways from PT’s message.
Pt talked about the blind man who was healed in John 9:15.

“sometimes you gotta go through it to get to it”
PT said to look up Jeremiah 29. You know I think that a lot of times we look at old testament stories such as this and we miss the relevance they have on our lives today. Like in verse 11 where He talks about the plans He has for Israel. Well, just as God had plans for them, He also has plans for you and me. PT made these 3 points that we need extreme vision on:
- Extreme Vision For the Plan God Has For Us
- Extreme Vision in Discernment and Insight
- Extreme Vision for the Lost
“There is a difference between being extreme and being annoying.”
“God wants you to prosper in all that you do.”
“I believe God is calling the church today to make a difference in people’s lives.”
Dude! That last one is a hard question for us. What difference am I making in the lives of the people around me? We got ask that tough question if we are truly advance the kingdom of God.
