I got a phone call one day from a client. She called to tell me she was either going to fax or email me a purchase order. This may come as a shock to some of you, but if you are going to send a fax or email….it’s really not neccessary to call, just go ahead and send the email or the fax.
Bonus Tech Tip: The telephone actually amplifies your voice as it sends it electronically to the person at the other end of the call. Therefore it is actually not necessary to scream into the phone…just go ahead and let the phone do the work and the other person should hear you just fine.
